I am writing to provide feedback about the staff at Sahyadri Hospital. I underwent a minor surgery on 25th February 2026, and the entire team supported me from the day of admission until my discharge. I would especially like to thank Ranju Pakhare and Sushma Kalshetty for guiding me with all the necessary information and arranging Room No. 909. All the staff members were extremely helpful and supportive, including Mama on the 9th floor, the women security staff, Nurse Pranali, and all the doctors available during my admission. Even the lift operator was cooperative. The final billing and discharge process was handled smoothly and without any hassle. I truly appreciate the care and support provided by the entire team. Also to add the room and washroom where clean and neat , the cleaning staff regularly visited the room and helped maintained the hygiene
We are very satisfied with the hospital services, especially the nursing staff who supported us throughout the process.
The nurses were very friendly and caring. We would especially like to mention Nurse Drishala, who was very calm and had a truly kind and helpful nature.
We are also very grateful to Mr. Khiraj, who guided and coordinated with us throughout the entire process, making everything much easier and smoother for us.
We would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Tapasvi for performing the operation successfully and for explaining everything to us in such a detailed and clear manner. His guidance and support gave us a lot of confidence.

Our recent experience at Sahyadri Hospital, Deccan, Room number 824 was truly commendable . When our child was admitted with severe bronchopneumonia, the staff's professionalism and compassion turned a stressful time into a journey of healing. The entire team, from the efficient reception staff to the meticulous doctors and tireless nurses, provided outstanding care. We would like to give special thanks to Dr. Prashant Khandgave and Ms. Shashikala Kamthe for their unwavering support. The facility is state-of-the-art and immaculate, and every service, including the canteen, housekeeping, pca and billing department, was handled with remarkable efficiency and kindness. We are deeply grateful for their unwavering commitment to our child's well-being and highly recommend them for their exceptional care.

I had a shoulder surgery scheduled in the hospital. Each and every Doctor, the helping staff were very supportive and helpful. The admission process was made very easy by Mr Khiraj. I had to book a private room for myself for 2 days in the hospital and he made the process very seamless for me. He also handled all the Insurance process for me and I had no problem at all from the time of admission till discharge. Every doctor and nurse were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank all the support staff, ward boy, mama as well.
